ValleyPro Autohouse was established in Kelowna, BC by Kevin Delaney in September of 2014. Working at a dealership, Kevin had become increasingly concerned with how customers were being treated (almost as if they weren’t human), and the dealership employees were treated just as poorly. This drove him to open an auto repair shop where women feel welcome and respected along with men, and employees feel valued by their employer.
When he started on his own, Kevin was a one-man operation on an acreage of land, and now ValleyPro Autohouse has two locations and 11 employees. Kevin himself now has 27 years of auto repair experience, is Red Seal Certified, and proudly specializes in customer service and German cars. For him, it means the world to be a respected leader because he knows he has earned that respect by treating others well.
Our slogan is “Trust is Everything” and truly, we believe the path to building a successful business is building trust with our customers. To earn this trust, we treat each person who walks into our auto repair shop with respect, fairness, and honesty. In every profession and every industry, there are liars and cheats, and the auto repair industry has a bad reputation for swindling car owners. The only way to improve this reputation is one good auto repair shop at a time, and ValleyPro Autohouse is determined to be one of them.
