If so, you may be a great addition to the ValleyPro Autohouse & Europro Autohaus team.

About Us…

We are a clean and friendly, family-owned and operated full-service automotive repair facility in Kelowna. As we continue to grow and expand, we are adding a new member to our team.

We are openly recruiting a candidate with the qualities above to step into the Service Advisor position.

If you see yourself as a potential fit, we invite you to come to check out our new 10-bay shop, which we are proud to say is the largest independent repair shop in the Okanagan Valley. Stop by to tour our facility or show off your organizational tendencies and arrange a time and day for your tour.

We are open, Monday through Friday, during normal working hours and are never open on weekends and long weekends. Our team values our personal lives and always ensures that a work/life balance is maintained.

In order to keep our team happy and well-rested, we offer 3 weeks of vacation time after only one year of employment.

Our Values and Culture.

We value relationships. We value people. We value the family that is our team.

We like to think of our culture like an ice cream sundae (stay with us here…).

We are all unique flavours that combine to create an enjoyable experience for every client and employee that walks through our doors. We celebrate diversity. We encourage personality and authenticity.

We won’t ask you to become just another piece of our puzzle. We want you to bring your own flavour to add to the sundae! Our goal is to set ourselves apart from the competition by developing a deep, personalized relationship with each other and our clients.

Our Unique Compensation:

Our Benefits include bonus pay structures, extended medical and dental benefits, and 3 weeks of holiday pay (available after 1 year of employment).

We celebrate our employee's growth and reward you for your progress. We also want our team members to always feel like they are supported in their work and personal growth journeys. This is why we meet with you every 3 months to listen to your feedback, review your goals, and access your performance.

We also celebrate birthdays like no other shop.

Do you want to know how? When you are here for your tour or interview ask for “Rob” and then ask him how we recently celebrate his 60th.

We all love learning and growing which is why providing ongoing education for you and the rest of the team is so important to us. We make sure you will stand above industry standards with the ongoing training we supply for most positions.

Some of this training includes trips to the USA where we allow team members time and space for a little play (as long as you promise to keep it low-key).

Excited and Ready to Apply?

The future team member we are searching for is cheerful, friendly, and self-motivated. We all help each other succeed and grow here - but we do push ourselves to be personally responsible for the individual excellence we each put forward.

Are you the person we are looking for? We would love to welcome you into our close-knit, growing family.

So, what are you waiting for?
